We finally have our signed lease and are moving forward with the project. We have hired John Webb Construction as our contractor and demolition began today. Prep work will take place for the next few days with the big demolition project of removing the bank vault happening on Monday the 19th! The plan is to have all the demolition, trenching, and floor work done by the end of December. New walls will begin going up at the beginning of January.
The Rimmer family is opening a Frozen Yogurt and Juice Bar at the corner of 18th and Chambers. The location is the Old KeyBank and most recently, Bene's Pizza in front of Albertsons. Our goal is to open by Spring Break, 2012. We will post photo's of our progress towards our grand opening. Our plan is to have 6 self serve machines with over 70 toppings. We will also be offering smoothies, and coffee drinks. We are also working on a few more surprises.

Store Design
Lot's of time and effort has gone into store design. We want to create an environment that's fun and comfortable. The inside of the building is currently dark with low wattage lighting, darker colors on the walls and floor, and a black ceiling. Attached is a picture of a Jamba Juice concept that we like. Although we won't be changing the architecture of the building, we do like the colors and design elements of this rendering and hope to incorporate some of the same look into our facility.
